Ingredients :
- 1 - 1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 package(s) taco seasoning mix (1.25 oz)
- 3/4 cup(s) water
- 1 jar(s) salsa
- your fave kind (16 oz)
- 8 ounce(s) sour cream
- 2 cup(s) Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 package(s) tortilla chips (Scoops work great for dips)
Intructions :
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain. directions.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Cook according to the package.
- In a 13x9 dish
- spread out taco meat.
- Pour salsa all over the top of the meat and spread out.
- Repeat with sour cream. Sour cream is a little harder to spread without making a mess
- so I usually drop spoonfuls all over and then spread it the best as I can.
- Top with the shredded cheese. Serve immediately with chips.
