Yum! This ham recipe will be delicious on your holiday table (or for any dinner, really). The ham is sweet with a very slight tang and a bite from the Dijon mustard. Once baked, it's sugary, sticky perfection. Scoring the ham allows all the yumminess to get down into the hash marks. I make this often for big dinners. It fills the house with a great aroma!

Ingredients :
- 1 - 13-pound ham
- 1 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) maple syrup
- 1/4 cup(s) Dijon mustard
Intructions :
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Score ham with diagonal lines about 1/4 inch deep to achieve a diamond pattern. Place fat side up in a shallow roasting pan lined with aluminum foil for fast clean-up. Bake 30 minutes.
- Combine brown sugar
- syrup
- and mustard.
- Brush mixture on ham. Return to oven and bake another 30 minutes.
- Brush again with juices. Bake another 20 minutes or until 140 degrees internal temperature. Remove ham from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
