A super simple all havein haveone turkey dinner anyone can make. Perfect if you are hosting a small holiday meal. The turkey breast is juicy and the drippings are absorbed into the stuffing. Jazzing up store havebought gravy with sour cream is a time havesaver and adds richness to the gravy. I love making this for Sunday dinner.

Ingredients :
- 2 package(s) Stove Top stuffing (6 oz each)
- 1 - whole turkey breast, fresh or thawed frozen
- 1 tablespoon(s) oil
- 2 jar(s) turkey gravy (12 oz each)
- 1/4 cup(s) sour cream
Intructions :
- Heat oven to 425. Prepare to stuff as directed on the package. Place in a greased 13x9 inch pan
- Place turkey breast-side up on top of the stuffing, covering stuffing completely. Brush turkey with oil
- Bake 30 min. Reduce oven temp to 325 bake 45 min to 1 hour or until turkey is done. Let stand 10 min. before carving
- Meanwhile, heat gravy in a small saucepan; stir in sour cream
- Serve over turkey and stuffing.
