Ingredients :
- 8-12 pound(s) turkey, thawed
- 1 stick(s) butter, unsalted
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- - cooking spray
- - brown paper bag, unused
Intructions :
- Spray the inside of a brown paper bag with cooking spray
- Separate skin from turkey
- Place slices of butter between skin and meat
- Sprinkle salt and pepper between skin and on top of turkey
- Place turkey in bag. Close bag securely
- Bake turkey for 20 minutes per pound at 325 F.
