Ingredients :
- 2 1/2 cup(s) grilled chicken breasts
- cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1/3-1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup(s) Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 stalk(s) celery
- diced
- 1 cup(s) seedless red grapes
- halved
- 1/2 cup(s) walnut halves
- rough chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
- - salt and pepper
- to taste
- 6-8 - lettuce leaves
- 3-4 - slices of avocado per sandwich
Intructions :
- Grill the chicken.
- Once the chicken has been grilled
- chop.
- In a medium mixing bowl
- add all ingredients (except avocado and lettuce).
- Mix well. Make sure that all the chicken is coated. Let set in refrigerator until well chilled. Serve on a croissant with lettuce and avocado.
