Working Moms Layered Nachos Recipe @pinch

We always appreciate a quick and delicious meal. The concept of layering the beans, meat, and cheese and then baking it is genius. Everything comes out hot and the cheese bubbling. Then, place the meat mixture on tortilla chips and layer with your favorite toppings. Serve this family style on a large platter or place in individual bowls and let everyone add their own toppings. This is a fun dinner recipe, but it would also be great for game day. A quick, easy and somewhat healthy dinner fix for anytime you need to get dinner on the table quickly and keep 'em happy! Can even be a great appetizer or dip for a party. I use this often and it keeps everyone asking for it over and over. Black olives are a great addition for a dip (or if your family will eat them). I use them off and on depending on if I have them in the house. Great for teens or college kids to make themselves.
