The delicate flavor of the crab, mixed with the complementary flavors of the creamed soups and a hint of smoky sherry, makes this bisque special. We added oyster crackers for a touch of crunch and loved the added texture. This is truly an elegant soup that is so full of flavor. One of my most favorite things to eat.

Ingredients :
  • 13 ounce(s) canned crabmeat, flaked (2 cans)
  • 2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s) cream of tomato soup
  • 3 cup(s) half and half
  • 2 cup(s) heavy cream
  • 1 can(s) cream of asparagus soup
  • 1/2 cup(s) sherry
Intructions :
  • Combine soups, half & half, and cream. mix well. Stir in crab meat
  • Heat to almost boiling then add sherry.
