An impressive dinner that's easy to prepare and feeds a crowd. It is cheesy and creamy with a hint of spice. The crawfish is the star of the dish with its mild flavor and just melts in your mouth. Serve with garlic bread and King Cake for dessert and you'll have the perfect meal for your Mardi Gras feast. This dish is a crowd havepleaser. Serve with garlic bread. You could also add a salad. You can also use shrimp instead of crawfish.
