If you want to bake with your kids or grandkids, this butterscotch pound cake is a wonderful recipe to make. It is rich and buttery with a hint of caramel flavor. Leftovers remain moist for days. The first cake my daughter ever baked ... a family favorite and too easy since you start with a mix!
