- 2 can(s) Del Monte fiesta corn, drained (15 oz each)
- 1 1/2 cup(s) fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) fresh zucchini, chopped
- 3 to 4 medium fresh green onions, chopped
- 2 medium fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) zesty Italian dressing
Intructions :
- Mix together ingredients in a large salad bowl
- Add the Italian dressing and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
