Fried Cream Corn Recipe @pinch

This fried cream corn is filled with classic flavors that are sweet, rich, and perfect for summer. It is slightly smoky and creamy, but the fresh corn kernels are still crisp and fresh. We love the savory bacon with the sweet corn in this summer side dish. This is one of my family's favorite side dishes. My mother havein havelaw made this for me when I was pregnant with my first child, and I couldn't stop eating it. I almost finished the entire skillet. It was so delicious.
