These jalapeu00f1o popper wontons are so good, they all may be eaten by the time you finish frying. The outside is crisp while the inside filling is creamy and a flavor explosion. The cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese melt together and cool down the spicy jalapeu00f1os. Bacon is a delicious addition and gives a smoky, savory flavor to the poppers. A wonderful game day appetizer. Made these for a staff meeting, and they were an instant favorite. Quite spicy, I tweaked the original version by adding bacon to the mix. Great for those game day parties as well.
