This rich and creamy no havebake pie is super easy to throw together but you'd never know it when you taste it. The cream cheese and Cool Whip give this pie a richness that almost mimics a cheesecake. Coconut and pineapple add their summery tropical feel. Made in minutes, this a delicious summertime dessert. This has been in my recipe box for over 30 years. It is a recipe that was given to me from a church potluck.

Ingredients :
- 2/3 cup(s) sugar
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 1/2 - small tub of Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup(s) coconut
- 1/2 cup(s) pecans
- 1 can(s) crushed pineapple, drained (8 oz)
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
Intructions :
- Mix sugar and cream cheese together until well blended
- Add Cool Whip. Mix well
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well
- Pour into crust. Chill well before serving.
