Polish Vegetable Salad Recipe @pinch

A great side dish that will go along with a burger or any meat at your next cookout. This recipe is much more than an ordinary potato salad. Carrots and apples add a nice crunch to the salad. It is also filled with peas, celery, and chopped pickles. We used dill pickles and loved the distinct dill taste. Combining sour cream and mayonnaise makes this vegetable salad super creamy. This authentic Polish salad is known all over Poland as a staple dish in every household. It is served cold as a side to almost any meal. It is great with burgers, hot dogs, Polish sausage, or even schnitzel. I make this salad a couple of times a month.
