Soda bread is simple, rustic, and never pretentious. The Riley family has hit the nail on the head. From the firm crust to the moist center, this is a perfect soda bread. Spread with a little butter or use it to sop up broth from your favorite stew. With or without raisins, this bread is a great addition to any meal but also shines on its own. Easy and delish! As we are the Irish family amongst our friends, I always make several loaves of this to share on St. Patrick's Day. With or without raisins, you'll love it!
