This is a really simple way to jazz up a plain old teriyaki sauce. Magic happens when the chicken marinates. This flavorful chicken is moist and a quick and easy weeknight meal. So much better than takeout. Add steamed rice, a veggie and dinner is served. This makes for a quick and flavorful meal. Just marinate the chicken earlier in the day (I have marinated it for only 1 hour and it was still very flavorful) and pop it on the grill for a quick dinner. I like to serve this over brown rice. You could also grill some veggies. Enjoy! Prep time does not include marinating.
