It reminds us of fried shrimp we have eaten at Chinese restaurants. Serve with rice and your favorite veggies for a tasty dinner. This shrimp is so addicting and super easy... use it for a dish or a snack!

Ingredients :
- 1 box(es) tempura mix
- 2 pound(s) defrosted cooked shrimp (tail-off)
- 1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
- - water
- - deep fryer
- candied walnuts, optional
Intructions :
- Follow instructions on how to make tempura mixture
- Dip shrimp in tempura mixture and fry in fryer till ready
- After shrimp is done then fry shrimp in a pan with sweetened condensed milk. If condensed milk is too thick and gooey for you, just add a splash or two of milk to thin out the mixture
- You can add candied walnuts for a tasty crunch!
