Turn your leftover holiday turkey into this delicious turkey salad. Simple to throw together, it does not take a ton of turkey to make. Much tastier than a sliced turkey sandwich too. The turkey salad has a creamy mayo base with a bit of crunch from celery. We loved the slightly sweet and tart contrast added from the dried cranberries. Ingredients :
- 2 cup(s) diced cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup(s) diced celery
- 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

- 2 large hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar
